TWL WARHAMMER BATTLE RULES - SEASON 1

1. Domination Battle.

2. Only the launch factions of Total War: Warhammer III (including the Ogre DLC) may be used in TWL: Warhammer Season 1.

The Demons of Chaos faction MAY NOT BE USED.

Faction Selection Process:

For the inaugural season in Group Play, Fighters may choose whichever launch faction they want.  However, Fighters may only be a faction ONCE for each week.  For example, I can only use the Ogres once in Week 1, but can use them again in Week 2.

Note: it is not required to use the blind pick system for Group Play, but you and your opponent have the option to use it.

Playoff Round Faction Selection Process

The playoffs will follow a matchup/faction process where Player A picks any matchup, and then Player B chooses which faction they want from the matchup. Player A will get whichever faction Player B did not choose.

The higher seeded player will choose if they want to select the matchup or pick their faction for Game 1. For example, if the higher seed decides they want to pick the matchup for Game 1, then the lower seeded player will get to pick the matchup for Game 2. Game 3 would then result in the higher seed picking the matchup again.

1 mirror matchup (example, Khorne vs Khorne) may be selected per series, but it can only happen in the final battle of each series.

Army Composition Rules:

Domination mode army composition rules will automatically be applied via the game mode.

In addition to the above:

​

-Flying units are capped at 6 per army (maximum of 6 flying units per army).

​

-Ogre Kingdom may only bring 1 Ironblaster.

​

4. Once in the lobby, players have up to 5 minutes to select their faction and up to 10 minutes to select their armies.

Week 1 - Broken Leg Gully

Week 2 - Galleon's Cove
Week 3 - Death Pass

6. Ultra Unit Size & Default Funds (Default funds for Domination).

7. Cheating & Exploits

-Manual firing by artillery is not allowed.

​

-Anyone found cheating or using exploits will be removed from the tournament and refrained from entering future tournaments.  Instances of potential cheating & exploits will be reviewed by CurvedBubbles.

8. A Screenshot of the stats screen at the end of the game must be taken and posted in the CurvedBubbles Discord under #stats-and-results.

9. Battle replays must be saved and posted to #stats-and-results in the CurvedBubbles Discord.

10. Disconnects, crashes, or lagging out results in a loss for the person who lost connection, crashed or lagged out.  The game may be replayed if both Fighters agree.  In case of replay, the armies and factions selected must be the same.  The replayed result will be the final result.​

11. Ties: Games that end in a tie shall be replayed using the exact same faction and army compositions.

12. Any disputes or displays of dishonor (ie potential cheating, pull throughs, etc.) will be reviewed and resolved by Emperor Bubbles.

13. The Emperor has the final say on any and all matters related to Total War League: Warhammer.
